BIOL 111 Introduction to Chemistry, Biology, and Health Sciences

An introduction to the fields of chemistry, biology, and health sciences, and opportunities therein, intended for first year students. Methods and concepts utilized in the fields will be presented, as will discussions of academic and scientific resources utilized in education in chemistry, biology, and health sciences. Students will also engage in academic planning to meet their individual career goals. Research opportunities in the fields will also be presented.
