BIOL 708 Environmental Biological and Chemical Sciences

Emerging contaminants in the environment provide challenges that may be addressed through multidisciplinary applied remediation practices. This course explores the elemental cycling of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus in the environment and utilizes simulation and case study based computation to develop an understanding of the chemical and biological aspects of environment and its key components.
