Notes:
1 Fulfills General Education requirement. Students should consult the “General Education Requirements ” section of this catalog for a complete listing of all general education requirements.
2 Select thirteen credits of 400-level courses with the ME prefix. Must include a co-requisite lab for either one or zero credits. Up to three credits out of the 13 total may include:
- CO-OP upon approved of the Department CO-OP Coordinator and academic advisor
- ME 500- or 600- level courses for students on the accelerated graduate path
- ROTC upon commission as an Officer in the U.S. Army
- Technical Elective (any 3XX/4XX engineering, math, or science course), subject to approval of the academic advisor and the department head
- EPICS (1 credit of GE 283 , GE 483 , STS 283 , or STS 483 and 2 credits of GE 284 ,GE 484 , STS 284 , or STS 484 ) upon approval of the academic advisor
3 Select three credits of courses with a Social Science prefix (see gen ed Goal 3 for approved prefixes) or three credits of courses with a Humanities prefix (see gen ed Goal 4 for approved prefixes). All must be at the 300 or 400 level.
4 Three-credit version required for major.
