1 Fulfills General Education requirement. Students should consult the “General Education Requirements” section of this catalog for a complete listing of all general education requirements.
2 The 15 credits of Department Approved Electives must meet the following requirements:
- At least nine credits of 400-level CEE-prefix courses. This can include up to six credit hours of CEE 498 Undergraduate Research/Scholarship and up to three credit hours of CEE 491 Independent Study. A list of 400-level courses that fit these criteria can be found below.
- Two courses or six credits must come from the Specialization Elective list below.
3 Select three credits of courses with a Social Science prefix (see gen ed Goal 3 for approved prefixes) or three credits of courses with a Humanities prefix (see gen ed Goal 4 for approved prefixes). All must be at the 300 or 400 level.
4 Three-credit version required for major.
