CEM 615 Ethics and Law in the Constructed Environment

This course explores both legal and ethical issues related to engineering and construction. Students will learn fundamentals for a variety of legal concepts, including liability, negligence, contracts, intellectual property, environmental regulation, and laws governing behavior in the professional setting. The course also examines the legal framework for resolving disputes, litigating cases, and the ethical practices that have shaped the legal landscape.
