A critical review of the science associated with therapeutic discovery and enablement. Includes knowledge development of natural products-based and chemical library screening in both phenotypic and targeted approaches. Further exploration of the physiological and pharmacological barriers to therapeutic efficacy and how these are overcome by compound modification or formulation into nano-delivery systems.
