EE 710 Advanced Power Quality Monitoring and Analysis

This course focuses on the detection, analysis, and monitoring of power quality in power systems, merging theoretical knowledge with practical application. Students are guided in utilizing industrial standard tools and techniques for real-time power quality monitoring. Through hands-on projects, participants will develop solutions employing Field Programmable Gate Arrays, digital signal processing, and real-time data acquisition systems to effectively monitor power quality.
