CEM 614 Construction Project SchedulingCredits: (3-0) 3
Students will study purposes and impacts of project scheduling from project planning, to design, through construction and commissioning. An analysis of the impacts of advanced construction methods and topics on scheduling will be undertaken including CMAR, Lean Construction, BIM, and assignment of risk. Basic understanding of schedules and scheduling software is expected.
Prerequisites: Enrolled in Construction Engineering and Management, MS or Construction Engineering and Management Certificate .
